Rolando Herrera

My name is Rolando Herrera, I have been in the culinary industry since 2012. My inspiration to start working in the kitchen was my grandmother. Watching her cook during holidays, and the joy she brought  to our family and friends when sitting at  the dinner table was a true inspiration. My passion for food and family go hand in hand. I am a father of two young boys, and have a lovely wife who supports my love for culinary arts. I love learning and sharing new recipes.Here are a few dishes I have had the pleasure of working on these past few years.
